Our program is easy.

You choose where your contact is referred. There are no limitations as to which brokers or companies we refer.
If you don?t have a receiving agent in mind we can help you choose an appropriate broker for your contact.
Is your contact moving to another state? Nation-wide referrals are no problem. We even have contacts outside of the United States as well.

Our program is very affordable.

Initial set up is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $75
State license transfer is (currently) $10
State license fee is (currently) $35 for two-year period
Annual brokerage fee of $75.**
**This fee may be waived for following year upon compensated referral activity during the present year of association.

Our program can be lucrative for you with minimal outlay of time or expense on your part.
$ Typical referral fee is 25% of referred side commission.
$ Referral Associate compensation is 60% of referral fee received
